DDA (Delhi Development Authority) is bringing a brand new housing scheme for the Lower Income Group (LIG), which is supposed to be launched in any special occasion of 2014.
DDA is going to construct 24000 flats in this scheme. And to apply for these flats, people have to submit an affidavit for their income proof along with the application form.
According to DDA, flats will get constructed within next 18 months, where One / Two bedroom flats will be made available (in the multi-storied building) for the financially lower classes (EWS)/LIG.
The space has already been occupied for this scheme, which includes Dwarka, Jasola, Rohini, Narela, Kanjhavla, Bhorgarh, Sultan Garhi-Vasant Kunj-Sector E2, Baprola and Najafgarh Zone.
Though their rates are not set yet, but they could be expected to be very less as compared to the present market, which will depend on the area value.
In the past DDA Scheme Draw (2010), they demanded the value almost equivalent to the market, but now it seems to be different from that. This time DDA wants to do an experiment with the construction technology they are using. DDA will construct the homes with the latest technology (Known as Prefab Homes or Prefabricated Homes), which will use save time and money, both.
And as this Scheme is supposed to be launched till 2014, so please keep your documents and money ready in advance.
